The Customer may pay for the Products included in the order and shipping costs by credit card, PayPal, Satispay, or bank transfer.

Transactions will be charged to the Customer's credit card only after the credit card information has been verified and

SECTION 21 - SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS

The products sold are shipped from various warehouses in Italy. Therefore, products in the same order may have different shipping times and arrive separately. Bay Fair Means uses various courier services, including: TNT, SDA, Poste Italiane, GLS, and Yunexpress. Shipping times range from a minimum of 24 hours to a maximum of 10 business days, barring unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Varoma Jewels, including, but not limited to, bad weather. Shipping costs vary from product to product and also based on the destination country:

All orders of €80 or more are eligible for free shipping.

SECTION 22 - DISCOUNTS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Unless otherwise specified, all discount codes are valid only once per customer. This means that even if the code is active, it cannot be used on more than one order.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. You can only exchange or return a product once; therefore, returns or exchanges of items that have already been exchanged are not accepted.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We can exchange items for any other product within the same price range as the one you paid for the returned item. In the event of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free. Regarding return shipping, the terms described in the "Return Shipments" section apply.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved.
